Robyn’s background in physical education and team sports brings a very creative, spirited and motivational edge to her FIT sessions. With 20 years experience in fitness education, Robyn offers a wealth of knowledge, leadership and passion to our team.

Pete provides challenging group workouts for our members as well as offering 30 and 45 minute personal training sessions. Pete’s training style ensures you stay focused, motivated and energised, ensuring you reach your fitness goals.
After achieving personal fitness goals, Tori was inspired to join our team and help educate others to lead a healthier, more active lifestyle. Tori’s bright and bold personality adds energy and fun to our FIT sessions.
Alex is passionate about working with and educating her clients to assist them with reaching an optimal level of health and wellbeing. Alex has interests and experience in the areas of musculoskeletal and metabolic conditions, mental health, Veteran’s health and women's health. She also runs weekly Pilates classes for our members.
Ailsa is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist who takes great pride in her compassionate counselling service. Ailsa integrates her personal background, a broad range of psychotherapies and her heartfelt personality to provide skilled and tailored counselling.
Kate is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Sports Dietitian and has extensive experience in caring for people with a variety of health and medical conditions. With a passion for helping people improve their health through individualised nutrition advice, Kate firmly believes in educating and empowering her clients with the skills and knowledge to manage their own health which leads to better long term health outcomes.
Dave’s private practice, Form Physiotherapy, is a key provider of sports physiotherapy in Adelaide. Dave is involved in researching persistent pain and designing freely-available education resources for patients. The most recent project, www.tamethebeast.org, has gone viral and is influencing the way people all over the world think and act in response to pain.
Emma’s passion for the profession has led her to become one of the best physiotherapists we have seen. Initially a track and field athlete, Emma is now a trail runner and is actively involved in educating runners to avoid injury and perform better. Her clinical skillset offers particular expertise in sporting injuries and problem solving recovery from persistent pain.
