What we offer
We deliver fun, challenging and functional group training sessions which are easily adapted for all ability levels. We offer up to 8 classes a day to fit around your life style and commitments, from early morning through to late evening.
Our aim is to provide you with a balanced, full body workout incorporating a range of styles. Our daily FIT sessions are carefully constructed by our experienced team of trainers and include a range of strength, cardio, core, circuit, boxing, HIIT, endurance, running and mobility.
These 60 minute classes change daily and are run both in our FIT studio and our outdoor FIT yard. Be ready to achieve great results!
METAFIT™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire! It’s a fast paced 30 minute group workout that gets big results. Adaptable for all abilities, these classes burn fat, work big muscle groups and leave you feeling amazing! Warning, it’s addictive!
Do you have specific training goals or prefer to work in a one on one environment? Then personal training is the solution for you. We offer 30 or 45 minute personal FIT sessions which will set you on the path to achieving your fitness goals.
We know how important it is for parents to look after their health. Our supervised creche is open from 9am – 10:30am weekdays. This is a FREE service to all our members, catering for children of all ages.
Do you have a chronic injury, or are you trying to manage your health alongside a chronic condition or disease like arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, COPD or even bursitis?
We offer holistic chronic disease and injury assessment, prescription and management to enable you to maximise your health, wellbeing and quality of life. Services offered include individual or group treatment, in either our gym or hydrotherapy rehabilitation space.
We believe it’s important to look after your mental wellbeing as well as your physical health, so we have the unique opportunity to offer our members and the general public a tailored counselling service. Our counsellor gently supports people during difficult times in their life and is able to companion people as they endeavour to increase their physical and mental health.
We offer professional, confidential consultations in our private consulting room, plus the option of a walk and talk therapy session for people who prefer the great outdoors.
