head trainer

Robyn’s background in physical education and team sports brings a very creative, spirited and motivational edge to her FIT sessions.  With 20 years experience in fitness education, Robyn offers a wealth of knowledge, leadership and passion to our team.

LAUREN NITSCHKE 

GROUP TRAINER

Lauren is a super bubbly, enthusiastic and motivated group trainer. A session with her will leave you exhausted and inspired!
With a Masters in physiotherapy and a passion for netball, the beach and the great outdoors, Lauren adds a breath of fresh air to our group training sessions.

HEATHER GURNER

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Heather is an accredited exercise physiologist, passionate about working with her clients to reach their strength, fitness, health and wellbeing goals and improve their quality of life.  She works in the areas of musculoskeletal, cardiac and metabolic conditions, chronic pain, mental health and Veteran’s health.

COUNSELLOR

Ailsa is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist who takes great pride in her compassionate counselling service. Ailsa integrates her personal background, a broad range of psychotherapies and her heartfelt personality to provide skilled and tailored counselling.

KATE GALLASCH

DIETITIAN

Kate is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Sports Dietitian and has extensive experience in caring for people with a variety of health and medical conditions.  With a passion for helping people improve their health through individualised nutrition advice, Kate firmly believes in educating and empowering her clients with the skills and knowledge to manage their own health which leads to better long term health outcomes.
